Everyone needs a little sustenance when they’re out on the town with friends. Look no further because your pals at Beers in Your Backyard have you covered! We’re going to break down our list of five food trucks you should check out in the Triad. Don’t forget to give our podcast a listen for recommendations on bars and breweries to explore in the Triad!
Winston Salem, NC
This family-owned and operated food truck serves up authentic Chilean food with a twist. Their menu features a variety of sandwiches accompanied by empanadas, and even their own take on a hot dog, the Completo. It is jam-packed with fresh avocado, tomato, and mayo. Check out their Facebook for location updates, as well as for featured events and their full menu!
Greensboro, NC
For those of you who aren't familiar bánh mì is an airy, crunchy French-styled baguette stuffed with a combination of meats, vegetables, and other condiments. With a combination of different balanced textures and temperatures, bánh mì also has a flavor profile that is off the charts. It is salty, sour, savory, sweet, and aromatic all at once. Other than bánh mì, Steven’s menu also features a selection of rice bowls, egg rolls, dumplings, and more!
The Spotted Pig, Mount Airy, NC
Next on our list is another family-owned business, but something quite unique about this eatery is all of its ingredients are locally sourced from the family’s farm or other local regenerative farms. With a goal to cultivate healthy soil and community, there is no better way to bring people together, than with one of their delicious burgers! Stay up to date with their rotating menus and locations on Facebook.
